Amanda Lania Named Young Guns Honoree

Amanda LaniaBeecher Carlson is proud to announce that Amanda Lania, Assistant Vice President within our Energy Practice, has been named an honoree for Insurance Business America’s 2019 Young Guns Award. This award recognizes young professionals in the insurance industry who are driving innovation and making changes in their respective industries.

Amanda has been recognized for her significant contributions to the energy industry. For example, she recently worked with a new waste-to-energy client in restructuring their placement, which resulted in a rate savings of 40 percent. In her role at Beecher Carlson, she is responsible for placing property and casualty insurance for construction and operational energy projects as well as marketing and servicing Beecher Carlson’s environmental portfolio.

In addition to being named a Young Gun honoree, Amanda was named a 2019 Rising Star and a 2019 Power Broker by Risk & Insurance. A licensed property and casualty insurance broker, Amanda graduated magna cum laude from Fairfield University with her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science in May 2010.
