Beecher Carlson Promotes Catherine Asaro to National Operations Manager

Beecher Carlson Insurance Services, LLC (“Beecher Carlson”), a specialized large account insurance broker, has promoted Catherine Asaro to newly formed role of National Operations Manager. Asaro will be responsible for managing operational systems, processes, and policies in support of Beecher Carlson. Specifically, she will be supporting leadership reporting, information flow and management, and business process and organizational planning. She will continue to work out of the New York office and report to Scott Davis, President and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to taking on the role of National Operations Manager, Asaro was Chief Operating Officer of Beecher Carlson’s Northeast Region as well as a Managing Director of the Executive Liability Claims Advocacy Group. In her over thirteen years with Beecher Carlson, she has achieved recognition as a leader and trusted advisor in the industry as well has been an integral part of the Beecher Carlson team. Her contributions to Beecher Carlson’s overall successes have been impactful, having added unprecedented value across all lines of business.

Catherine joined Beecher Carlson in April, 2005 to lead the Claims Advocacy Practice for a then new Executive Liability Practice after having spent 10 years practicing law. Asaro helped several of Beecher Carlson’s multinational clients navigate through some highly contentious, large securities litigation. Her leadership was instrumental in building a successful national broker practice, not only due to her zealous advocacy for clients but also for her ability to recruit, train, and guide a new generation of leaders in achieving their professional goals in the industry.

Catherine graduated cum laude from St. John’s University with a B.S. in Business Management, and a J.D. from New York Law School. Catherine is a member of the New York State Bar and United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York Bar.
