Congratulations to Olga Collins, Annie Fleming, Geraldine Kerrigan, and Erin Lynch on being named Elite Women 2020 by Insurance Business America. The Elite Women award recognizes the foremost female leaders in the insurance industry.

Olga Collins serves as Managing Director and Multinational Practice Leader at Beecher Carlson. She manages the efforts of all Beecher Carlson product groups to meet the needs of the company’s global clients. She works with clients to develop programs that best fit their unique business needs and goals while maintaining international compliance as a top priority. Her passion for global business is known and felt by clients who have paired with Beecher Carlson to obtain assistance in simplifying the ever-changing world of insurance. Olga also serves on the WBN Board of Directors, representing WBN partner firms across the globe and guiding the long-term direction of the network. She was named a 2019 Business Insurance Women to Watch and a 2019 Power Broker by Risk & Insurance. She was also an Insurance Business America Hot 100 2020 recipient.

Annie Fleming serves as Managing Director in Beecher Carlson’s Hospitality and Real Estate Practice, providing innovative solutions with a focus on property and casualty for the real estate and hospitality industry. She has assisted in growing a large book of business and is frequently recognized by her clients as the best of the best in her industry. Annie is a respected leader in risk management and is committed to empowering women to succeed in their careers. In 2019, Annie was named a Top Gun by Brown & Brown in recognition of her success and commitment to clients.

Geraldine Kerrigan serves as Executive Managing Director of Beecher Carlson’s Global Energy Practice, working to develop best-in-class insurance and risk management programs for energy clients across the globe. She implements innovative risk mitigation solutions specific to her clients’ needs for emerging energy technologies, international projects, and diverse asset portfolios. With a passion for driving efficiency to better service clients, Geraldine has implemented multiple standardization processes within the Energy practice. As a proponent for improved solutions for her team and clients, she has additionally helped with updating and upgrading technology systems. Geraldine is a licensed property and casualty broker and has twice been named a Risk & Insurance Power Broker, and a “40 under 40” Broker to Watch.

Erin Lynch serves as President of Beecher Carlson’s Global Energy Practice, leading the practice’s production team and directing the overall strategy for the department. She is instrumental in developing risk mitigation strategies for difficult to place power generation exposures, and she takes pride in coordinating a broad array of resources for her clients to deliver the highest standard of service and expertise in the energy sector. Beyond her daily job duties, Erin strives to recruit and promote women into senior leadership roles within the practice. Since assuming the role of president, Erin and the senior members of her team have led a reorganization of the department, focusing on providing leadership and career development opportunities to many members of the practice. Erin also serves on the GCube Insurance Services Advisory Council and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. She was named Power Broker twice in the Energy & Utility division by Risk & Insurance and was a finalist for Young Broker of the Year at the 2013 Insurance Insider Honours in London. Most recently, Erin was honored as a 2017 Women to Watch Honoree by Business Insurance.
