Jackson Bender Joins as Co-Leader of Beecher Carlson’s Expanding Mergers and Acquisition Practice

ATLANTA (March 23, 2020) – Beecher Carlson Insurance Services, LLC (“Beecher Carlson”), a specialized large account insurance broker, announces the appointment of Jackson Bender as Co-National Practice Leader for Private Equity, Family Office, and M&A. Bender will co-lead the practice alongside Joe Ehrlich. Bender will report to Bill Daly, Chief Operating Officer, and will work out of Beecher Carlson’s Atlanta office.

Bender specializes in managing large corporate risks related to private equity firms, family offices, M&A, and other investment structures.  He provides transactional risk support, property and casualty and employee benefit due-diligence, and post-close corporate insurance placement and consultation.

Prior to joining Beecher Carlson, Bender was a partner of a privately held brokerage firm headquartered in Atlanta. He helped lead the company’s expansion to a regional firm with broad client solutions. Bender additionally founded and led the firm’s Private Equity and M&A practice group, working with private equity funds and strategic acquirers domestically and internationally.

Bender is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He serves on the board of directors for the Atlanta Association for Corporate Growth , as Chairman of The Atlanta Charity Clays, and is a board member of The Piedmont Driving Club. Bender is a frequent speaker on corporate risk management and transactional risk related topics.
