Mike White Promoted to Head of Property Placement

ATLANTA (December 23, 2020) – Beecher Carlson Insurance Services, LLC (“Beecher Carlson”), a specialized large account insurance broker, announces that Mike White has been promoted to Head of Placement within the National Property Practice. White will now lead property placement activities, manage Beecher Carlson’s property carrier partner relationships, and drive various innovation initiatives. White will continue to operate out of the Atlanta office and report to Cliff Simpson, National Property Practice Leader.

White has been with Beecher Carlson for more than 12 years, most recently serving as the head of Beecher Carlson’s East Coast property brokerage operations within the National Property Practice. With 21 years of industry experience, White brings a wide range of expertise, including innovative property and construction program design, market negotiations, and coverage analysis.

Prior to joining Beecher Carlson, White held the position of Mid-West Region Property Placement Leader for an insurance broker in the national account sector.  He has represented a broad range of clients that include many prominent names in real estate, hospitality, higher education, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing. White has also developed a particular expertise in the large construction space, negotiating groundbreaking global rolling builders risk programs.

White earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He has also earned the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.
