As Chief Innovation & Analytics Officer, Andrew leads a team focused on identifying areas of growth within existing and targeted classes of business, leading the development of service offerings and/or insurance products to stay ahead of developing client needs, and training Beecher Carlson teammates on the implementation of newly created products, services, analytical tools, and applications. He has more than 13 years of experience in the field of risk analytics. Prior to joining Beecher Carlson in 2010, Andrew served as the Director of Analytics for OnPoint Underwriting, which was a Beecher Carlson subsidiary.  

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Master of Science degree in Applied Statistics from Kennesaw State University, where he graduated Summa cum Laude. He also attended Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business where he earned both a master’s degree in actuarial science and a Master of Science degree in Mathematical Risk Management. While enrolled at Georgia State, Andrew was granted the university’s 2015 Outstanding Risk Management and Insurance Graduate Student of the Yearaward. The Georgia State University Risk Management Foundation presented him with a Rising Champion Award at their 2017 Risk Science and Insurance Leadership Awards ceremony. 

Andrew is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), and a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA)He is recognized by the Insurance Institute of America as an Associate in Risk Management (ARM), an Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities (ARM-P), an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), an Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), an Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), and an Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI).
