Vice President, Team Resources, Director of Diversity and Inclusion

As Vice President of Team Resources and Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Raven leads all HR functions, working to ensure compliance, strengthen employee relationships, and direct talent acquisition and performance management.

Raven also leads the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Council in setting D&I strategies for Beecher Carlson. She is responsible for aligning D&I goals and strategies with Beecher Carlson’s parent company, Brown & Brown, and their Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging initiatives.

Raven created and spearheads Beecher Carlson’s Corporate Caring Day, a company-wide initiative to express philanthropy and fulfill social responsibilities. The Corporate Caring Day initiative successfully impacts the communities across the United States in which we live and work.

Prior to joining Beecher Carlson, Raven worked with Liberty Mutual and DHL Supply Chain, establishing innovative initiatives within the workplace to engage teammates.

Raven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Argosy University and is a member of the Society for Human Resources – Atlanta (SHRM). She earned her Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI in 2018 and is a candidate in Clemson University’s Master of Human Resource Development Program.
