Beecher Carlson’s 2021 Rising Stars

Beecher Carlson’s Morgan Cook, Rebecca Ferguson, and Kip Olvaney were named 2021 Rising Stars by Insurance Business America. This award recognizes rising leaders and their contributions to the insurance industry. 

Morgan Cook joined Beecher Carlson’s National Property practice in 2015. In 2021, she was named Assistant Vice President, assisting with the stratification and processing of account data. She compiles and analyzes all account information and works alongside property marketing personnel in assembling quality submissions. Morgan also coordinates timely and accurate receipt of quotes, binders, policies, and endorsements with carriers.

Rebecca Ferguson began her career at Beecher Carlson in 2015 as a member of the company’s marketing and communications team. One of her main responsibilities was managing the company’s insurance proposals process, and she quickly developed an interest in the clients and programs presented therein. Her passion for the insurance industry grew in direct correspondence to her knowledge gained, and in August of 2020 she transitioned to the account services side of the business.

Kip Olvaney joined Beecher Carlson’s National Casualty practice in 2019 as a Risk Analyst. In 2021, he was named Senior Risk Analyst with responsibilities including client service, support in program design and  implementation, and loss and risk analysis.
